I really need to get my team better in footwork and reading the game

The best thing to do is try the search bar. This should be at the top of the page - this will find you drills, answered coach's questions and lesson plans.
To help you get started here's a plan we've recently added to help with this very issue. It includes drills for passing and boosting your players' awareness around the court. You can find it here.
Also, if you go to Volleyball, then the drills section there is a category called passing drills with ideas on how get your players moving around the court, such as 4In A Team
