how do you make players play according to a game plan that is around your no3 and no15 as these are the only good players in the team. and what would be your game plan be.

I would suggest that you might need to play your good players in the key positions of 8 and 10 and then the team can play around them.
By developing these players as leaders they may well help you develop other players and then your game plans will evolve too!
I wish you luck

Hi,
I think you might need to look at bringing the rest of your players on, I'm sure that's what your doing. Any game plan based around just two players - is weak at best. My advice would be to continue to invest as much time and energy as you can in every player, focusing on basic skills - and building on that strong foundation. As you know it takes time, but you may have to set aside short-term gain, for long-term player development. Profile each of your players, focusing on what they do well - and what they need help with. From there - you can be more focused as a coach and you can use the profile to measure improvement during the season. Your profiles will also serve you well when it does come time to put in place a game plan - and you will know the strengths of your players in some detail (and the weaknesses) and you can build around that.
Finally - it will take more than two players to build a strong defense (which must also be part of your game plan), maybe getting all of your players to tackle and working on a solid defensive system might be a starting point? From there you can start to develop your plan.
Hope this helps in some way.
