how would you employ the blind side flanker from a line out, both in defense and attack

The Blind Side in a line out could normally be used as a lifter or perhaps as a catcher (although No 6's tend to be too large to lift) and also would help to secure the ball after it has been won and these roles would change according to where the ball is thrown in your lineout.
In defense you could use your Blind Side in the scrum half position to counter any driving mauls the opposition may try.
