hello is anyone using judo as part of their rugby game or training
yes, but its important that you define exactly what areas to use it in and how to use it. I currently use the GB judo coach and chairman of the British Judo association with my teams, we've done as much talking about the areas and what to do as actually training.
I have used some judo but I practice Aidiko in my rugby sessions which is a great help. This helps prevent injuries as make the contact area more postive area for the ball carrier and tackler. I would suggest both have their a place in rugby.
