I have just passed my online rugby ready course, is this enough to go on to level 1 coaching or do I need to do a face to face course as well?
I think you have to do the face to face course - certainly you do in Cumbria
It really depends on your County.
The on-line course wasn't enough for our team in the Midlands.
I really enjoyed the Rugby Ready course, as you (should) get to meet a variety of coaches from around your region, and share practices / learn from each other - so I definitely think it's worth doing.
Having complete the on-line course before hand will be an advantage for you, but isn't mandatory.
if you want to do your level 1, the rugby ready course is manditory, i passed my level 1 in june this year and we had to do both the online and face to face course before we were able to do the level 1, in fact we did the face to face first and then on the day we started our level 1 we were told we had to do the online part too, so im presuming this has only just been brought in,both the rugby ready course and the level 1 are awesome courses and well worth the money
