I have just started to train girls under 15. Some of them have knowledge of the game, but in mayority dont know anything. I ususally train girls M21 and Im afraid the drills and tecnics I know, are not fun enough for this age group. I wish to learn some fun, and interactive drills to iniciate them to the basics of the game.
Mariana, I have found some fun wrestling games to get young girls used to contact and good body position. They are very simple things like one player lies on her stomach and another across her perpendicular. The bottom player tries to get up, while the other tries to keep her down. Others%3A try to pull each other off balance from all fours, tackle on knees while player "runs" pas on her knees. You can very these to eventually working up to one v one scrums, to get them in rucking body positions. Rugby baseball is fun. This is a good resource, [link removed]
