Depends on the age of the kids... One basic drill is...Step 1. get to kids to stand in a line with some space between each other. Then get them to lean forward and slightly off center to the point where they lose balance and fall forward. The kid automatically puts out a leg to stop the fall. Step 2 then get them to push off the foot they landed on. (basic step principle) Step 3 (you will need to demo this step) get the kids in single file lines and place a cone 3/4m out in front. they jog out and over emphasie the step around the cone using what they have just learnt. Step 4 Build the speed of the step, add a ball to carry. Step 5 A defender is introduced.
