coaching advice for new bees

this is my first year coaching girls field hockey and i was wondering what your favorite drills were based off their age of 7th & 8th graders

Lots of good teamworking drills they have to simple to understand but also fun and it`s a great idea to get to know your team and ask them what they think so it`s working with the team and encouraging them to be supportive of their teammates and interactive also
