I like the knee tag drill attached its a great warm-up and fitness builder for any sport. Make players work for 30 seconds and rest and stretch for 30 seconds. A really simple and effective fitness drills - to make it more difficult, increase the work to 1 minute and keep the rest at 20-30 seconds.
