Im doing some training with the team and i need some good training sessions which will help with controling of the ball and i also have some juniors in the team as well

Hi Gwenllian, I use a lot of the drills from `Moving with the ball` drill category. These really focus on keeping the ball on the stick and controlling the ball whilst on the move. I think a key coaching point is to ensure that they players focus on keeping their heads up and not focusing too much on the ball. This is important during matches as when a player is travelling with the ball they should be looking around to see the where the space is, where their fellow player are and make decisions on their next pass. I`ve attached a drill that is great for practicing this and is not too complicated so you can use this with your juniors.
