Share your top tips on how to move faster with the ball in a game, in preparation for the upcoming season!
Hi,
To dribble faster it's important to get players comfortable having the ball at their feet. Coaches should work on improving their players' stick skills, ball control and balance to keep their momentum going forward.
Here's a great drill to start with. Working on weaving between the cones using a quick drag. Encourage players to work their way through the cones as quickly as they can whilst being in control of the ball.
Hope this helps.
