What's in the Session?
To make sure your players are in the zone this frequently rotating session will see your players working in pairs, taking it in turns to be the feeder and the worker. Through a series of progressive drills your players will practice how to spread their shot selection around the court - hitting to empty areas of the court to tire out and force the error from their partner!
