Play Back Behind, The Art Of Wrong Footing

This week's session has been designed to mix things up and get your players bluffing and double bluffing their way to victory.

So how can your players mix things up to win more points, particularly when playing against players who move extremely well or opponents who cannot change direction very well? Answer: By introducing the hitting into the space behind their opponents technique!

This crafty shot is a great way for your players to change their pattern of play, catch their opponent on the wrong-foot and force more errors from their opponent!

To help your players grow in confidence and develop this tactic to their game this session encourages players to not always hit into the obvious space but instead play the ball in the space that's just opened up behind their opponent - forcing them to turn sharply and play their shot on the back foot!
