It’s important to get the correct footwork, allowing your players to have the best positioning to execute the shot. The key is aggression to not lose the advantage on the court - coach your players to hit down the line with power and accuracy. Playing the correct shot will put pressure on the opposition and with powerful, wide shots, space will open up on the court for your player!
What’s in this Session?
We’ll start off with a exercise with a medicine ball; by working on your player’s dominant side, your players will be prepared for an intense workout! We then move onto to work on your player’s footwork and movement, moving around and between cones to master the correct technique.
