Help them to also understand the difference in surfaces and how to use this to help maximise their performance to the highest level!
Sliding is a big part of your player’s movement on clay so with clear video drills such as side slide, develop their skills to use the correct technique, helping them improve their technical components to use this shot. Work on your player’s balance, coordination and strength so they can pull off the slide, with various different techniques to help them reach the opposition’s shot.
