This week we want your players to cut out silly error and learn the correct technique for perfecting backhand volleys.
Using fun and innovative drills, we've come up with the perfect session for helping your players understand the limitations that come with not using the correct technique.
What's in the Session?
We begin with a fun warm up involving TRX equipment, but don't worry if you don't have access to this, you can still do the warm up anyway! After this we move on to working on technique, using innovative methods to teach players how to use correct technique, and avoid using too much backswing or follow through.
