Player puts back on the gymnastic ball. Player performs regular crunches by rising the upper back.

COACHING POINTS

In this drill player works on core muscles. Core is responsible for stability and power during the strokes so weakness in this area can lead to lower quality of the shots as also it can be a reason of some injuries that can stop player's development.
