Rugby: Box Back

Great site and excellent drills. Easy to understand and apply in training....
Tyrone, Rugby Coach

DESCRIPTION

Tell your players the following.....

  1. Pass the ball around, clockwise.
  2. After each circuit of the ball, take one half step back and complete another circuit.
  3. Keep stepping back until players start to reach their limits in terms of passing distance.
  4. Start to work your way back in towards the box.
  5. Change the direction of the ball when you get to the box, and do the same working back out again.
