DESCRIPTION

1) Courir (2 pas), se retourner et passer le ballon à un joueur en soutien.
2) Courir (2 pas), se retourner et laisser le joueur en soutien vous prendre le ballon des mains.
3) Courir, se coucher au sol (en faisant face au joueur qui court derrière en soutien). Faire une passe au niveau du torse au joueur en soutien.


Progression : le joueur en soutien annonce au porteur du ballon quel type de passe parmi celles citées précédemment il souhaite recevoir.

COACHING POINTS

  • Start off with only two balls but progress to 4 when players are good enough
  • Communication is key
  • Keep eyes open, look out for other players working in the grid
