DESCRIPTION

  • Los jugadores comienzan en el rincón derecho de abajo de la grilla y a la orden del coach corren en grupo a máxima velocidad antes de hacer 5 flexiones de brazos. Luego pisan al costado para la izquierda hasta el próximo conjunto de conos para hacer 5 sentadas antes de correr a máxima velocidad para hacer flexiones de brazos. El grupo sigue esta rutina hasta el final antes de que otro grupo comience.

  • Only move between stances when last player has finished the exercise
