Hockey Drill Demonstration
- Set up with 8 cones
- Single player exercise, performing two v-drags in a set of cones
- Runs up to first cone, perform a v-drag, before rolling round with a strong body position
- Same again with next set of cones.
- For v-drag, drag ball back from left foot to right foot. Turn wrist over to drag ball with reverse hook
- Roll round the cones with the ball connected to the open stick.
