3 backrow players on each side. Points are started with a freeball entry, max of 2 touches per side. Players are not allowed to jump, hit, or tip. Passes and sets from the ground ONLY. Whoever puts ball over net must then switch to middle back passer/players position. If player doesn't switch to middle back after sending ball over, the other team automatically wins the piont.
Communication(encourgae players to remind teammates to switch after ball was played over) Promotes heavy movement during pionts. Teaches players how to pass and set to spots since thay are unable to jump or hit.
