The trainer throws/smashes a ball to the defensive player (libero). The defensive player passes it to the setter which sets the ball to the outer attacker or middle. On the other site, the attackers try to block the ball, while the defensive players try to defend it.
Keeping a low posture and balancing on the ball of the feet to ensure the player is capable of moving fast. The attackers try to hit the ball along one of the sides of the block.
