Starting at the blue cones, two players race with footwork until they make it to the end of the other court. They then come in on a hit reception with a 6 back player already in. The 6 back does nothing more than swing from one hit angle to the other. Loser of the race then proceeds to do 10 push ups. The drill might also have a pass at both 3 metre line cones to increase difficulty.
