Coaches chip balls from boxes. Players start at first cone, shuffle out to receive "serve" to target. Players shuffle back to center cone. Player then shuffles to next cone and back, repeating until all five stations have been completed.
Looking for quick, controlled movement in good posture. Player is working to get platform and hips behind the ball with a stable base. Players are striving for great passes to target. Training movement during serve receive is crucial to improving players' abilities. This is the seventh variation of a number of different serve receive movement training scenarios. VARIATION: Players can repeat a certain number to each station before progressing to next.
