Ball Control 3 players on the court. Player 1 receives ball from coach to start, plays to Player 2 and runs under net to other side of court to play defence. Player 2 sets Player 3 and runs to other side of court to be the setter. Player 3 (with control) rolls/hits the ball over the net to Player 1, and runs under net to become the hitter again. Player 1 plays defense to Player 2, who sets Player 3, to (with control) plays the ball back to the next 3 waiting in line. Drill repeats.
