serveren op de BH kant. tegenstander speelt hier door een outside slag waardoor de kans dat hij rechtdoor speelt is klein. hij gaat altijd terug kruisen naar het midden of verder. dit betekend dat wij ons meer in de BH kant moeten gaan positioneren zodat wij met FH inside out kunnen spelen ( terug naar de BH)
na de opslag links blijven staan of zelfs nog een beetje verder opschuiven. ligt er aan hoe goed de opslag is goed rond de bal gaan draaien voor FH inside out
