
In this drill the server will hit the ball towards the reciever, they then have to hit the ball towards the baseline. This will act as a serve and return drill teaching them how much power you need to reach target area. The server and returner will switch positions after 12 returns.
The coaching points for this are standing with feet shoulder width apart, keep eyes on the ball and head straight. Make sure to aim towards where you want the ball to go.
