Place the racquets on the spots. MISSION: Have the players find a poly spot and stand behind the racquet. The coach will say the first part racquet swing and demonstrate the swing. For example, with the forehand the coach says, â Racquet lowâ and the players say, â next to your toeâ. Then the coach says, â finish high â the players say, â point to the sky â. Once they become comfortable with the motion and the rhythm begin to drop feed for them to hit.
