
Players come onto the court one at a time and stand infront of the coach (position can be marked by a throwdown line). The coach will feed 3 forehands by hand (soft and high trajectory to allow player more time) an the player will hit their shots, retrieve their 3 balls and hold onto them, returning them to the coach when they are next up.
Ready position before each shot. (Return to position after each shot). Swing path from low to high. Coach can keep the movement to a minimum.
