Big Ball Throwing 2 players on opposite sides of the net are throwing the big balls over the net to one another these players are starting in their ready position and turning so that both of the ball and their hands are at their pocket players have to try and get the ball to bounce in front of their partner, where it is easy to catch once players have got an understanding for on the back hand side allow them to then turn to the forehand side as well and play some points in the service boxes.
