
Player starts at P (center mark) and runs to touch each ball and return to start after each ball. Must keep in order 1 through 5. In returning to P, only need to place one foot at center mark P. May replace balls with balls on disc cones or mini cones. Rest 60 - 80 sec (work:rest = 1:4). Elite times male 14.5-15.0s, female 15.5-16.5s, typical junior 14 yo boy 15.5-16.5, girl 16.5-18s. Work:rest may slightly increase to 1:5 if athlete is fatigued and repeating drill.
