
Split into 2 teams. Throw the ball under arm over the net to catch the opponent out. If the ball is dropped the other team gets a point. If the ball bounces twice the other team will also receive a point. Do this until the time ends. A warm up is needed to get the participants blood pumping and their brain working. It will also prevent injury to muscles.
