Fun agility and reaction activity. Have your large group divide into smaller groups and these smaller groups form a circle with players about 2 or 3 feet apart. Players place their racket on the ground standing vertical with the racket head on the ground and their index finger holding it steady. The pro will say either move to the âLeft â or â Right â and the players move in that direction and catch that racket before it falls down. Progression: To make it more competitive the circle can be bigger and or if someone doesnât catch the racket they are out. Tips: You can also just use two players facing each other. Safety: Ensure players are well spread out.
