DESCRIPTION

One of the players is covering the whole singles court, returning the shots DOWN THE LINE. Whereas two players on the other side of the court are hitting the ball CROSS COURT. The single player must run from one side of the court returning everything for 3 minutes, before the players switch roles.

COACHING POINTS

-Work flat out without stopping -Make sure appropriate shots go down the lin or cross court. -Don't make the feeds too hard for the single player.
