DESCRIPTION

Dynamic warm up - Scapula lunges - Squat jumps - Single leg hops (control) - Spiderman crawls - Inchworms Main session #1- Army crawls - Place cones 10-12 feet apart and have a tennis racket at one side and tennis balls opposite. Kids start on the cone with tennis balls and have to travel with one ball at a time and placing on tennis racket. The condition is you need to army crawl at all times throughout drill. (drill lasts 2 mins and repeat 2-3 times) #2- Soldier carry`s- Place cones at 10-12 feet apart. Kids will get into pairs and will be instructed to carry each other to the cone and back round in a racing fashion. Begin with the first person back winning and then the last one back winning (emphasising slow and control)
