two person serve receive with setter, both sides of net. Players are in 5,6 with setter at net
- Players are working on deep left and short right formation and proper movements.
- Setter will be asked to work on several different sets. (outside, BS, 3-1, and 1)
Other players will be working on the mechanics of a proper float serve and jump float. Players serve and after serve they will run to the opposite side of the court and serve again.
Passes will switch spots every 5 balls and new passers will be added every 5-8 minutes.
