This purpose of this drill is to help improve your skills in volleyball. the skills that this drill helps improve are bumping, spiking, and setting the ball. In the drill you will first bump the ball to your teammate, then the person who the ball was bumped to will set the ball, then another person will run and spike the ball , and then after the ball is spiked the ball will be bumped back to the first person. i would implement this lesson by telling them exactly how i wrote it and by showing them a picture of the drill.
