DESCRIPTION

DRILL TYPE: Movement 

TYPE: Individual

SETUP:

  1. Divide your players into two groups, have them line up on opposite doubles sideline.
  2.  The coach is at the net with a basket of balls and face the students.

MISSION:

  1. 1 student at a time comes to the center service line at the (T) facing the coach with their knees bent.
  2. The coach rolls balls to the left side and the right side of the player, who has to shuffle their feet and let the ball go through their feet.
  3.  The object is to see how many times they can let the ball roll through their feet without the ball hitting their feet 
  4. If the ball hits their feet they are out and they keep their points.
  5. Then the next player comes in and try to get a higher score.
  6.  The player with the higher score wins.

This fun challenge game can be played as a team challenge.

TIPS:
A. The cues are:

  1. Keep your knees bent.
  2. Keep your feet moving.
  3. Keep your eyes on the ball.
