onze return is een lage bal met veel spin in de voeten van de tegenstand die serving volley doen. tegenstander moet de bal heffen waardoor hij zwak terug komt en onze netspeler kan tussen komen. moest de netspeler er toch niet aan kunnen dan speelt de partner terug een dipper maar in het midden. de netspeler van de tegenstander speelt met BH dus gaat altijd zwakker zijn.
