DESCRIPTION

The Coach Holds a ball and moves it low and high on his right side and left, the player must follow and touch moving forward and backward (shuffling). On “GO” the player cross steps, and then lateral shufiles through the ladder (ground tape) and runs forward where he will catch the ball which the coach throws. 

COACHING POINTS

Active feet. Powerful cross step. Take each task at a time don’t muddle your brain thinking ahead.
