DESCRIPTION

Start at doubles sideline

Put Miniband just below knee

Squat down to slightly above 90 degrees and laterally walk down to the other doubles sideline, then change direction and return to start

After each trip down and back, keep miniband on, drop down to plank position, and flow between being on your forearms and your hands for one minute at a steady, controlled pace
