The Three Ball Drill Left is a warm up exercise to be used to get the players warmed up and used to hitting the ball. It also helps to promote movement. For right handed players this drill will be to the forehand side. If you have a left handed player, have them accomplish it as back-hands.
You can use this drill as a warm up or a way to help focus on hitting forehand groundstrokes. If you are teaching younger players such as 8u and 10u, simply move the player in to their traditional baseline for their game.
