A fun warm-up game here. This gets all the kids moving at the beginning of the session. Pretty simple rules
1. The kids are in teams on either side of the net.
2. When the time starts, they throw all the balls over the net onto the other side, and keep doing this until the coach stops them.
3. When the coach stops them, the team with the least amount of balls on their side wins the game.
Tennis demands a unique combination of endurance, power, agility, and flexibility. Physical preparation determines how long careers last and how players perform when it matters most.
Ecological dynamics is transforming tennis coaching. This constraints-led approach develops adaptable, creative players who can solve problems in competition, not just execute drilled patterns.
The one-handed backhand is becoming rare, but when executed well, it remains one of tennis's most elegant and effective shots. Is it a dying art or a tactical advantage?
