Part 1Player starts on baseline, coach hand feeds :
1 Defensive FH
2 Attacking FH or BH
3 Defensive BH or off FH if possible
4 Attacking FH or BH
Player repeats the drill starting from defensive BH.
Player hits 8 shots each time.Rotate players.
2 other players are doing footwork drill during that time or picking up the balls. Change players after 2 sets.
Whole basket or more if necessary.
- encourage players to choose their favourite shot (?)each time
- emphasize getting feet behind the ball when in defence
- when possible hit above waist level, half volleys only if absolutely nacessary
