DESCRIPTION

  • 4 ball feed
  • Player starts at the cone and moves to designated balls
  • Player retreats back to the cone after each hit
  • Set up cones on opposite side to have players focused on hitting cross court
  • Bonus - players can count number of successful shots into the goal as a stopping point

COACHING POINTS

  • Focus on moving forward on the hit and then shifting momentum back to the cone after the hit
