Devide players into 2 team.
Red zone (try line to 22m) team got only one touch. When touched before crossing the 22m line they have to kick the ball.
Orange zone (22m to 50m) team got 2 touches. If touched twice without crossing the half way line, they have to kick the ball.
Green zone (opposition half)unlimited touch
Good attacking and defensive game.
Two hand touch to simulate tackle
Attack need to work hard to get over half way line.
Defence must work hard to keep opposition in their half so they can kick ball
