Full contact game with refereed rucks
Any defensive players involved in the ruck must leave the pitch after the ball is passed away - so as in example, we defensive players involved who must leave and stay off until their team attacks
D players continue to leave until a try is scored, a turnover made or a mistake is made
Players off the pitch may now return and attack
the attacking team is rewarded for retaining the ball - eventually the D will run out of numbers enough to create an overlap, over emphasizing gaps that may appear in a tired D
Players looking to assess ruck situations and apply the correct techniques to clear threat (hit and drive, hit and lift, hit and roll)
Important that we get the correct numbers to each breakdown - do not get complacent/lazy and set up wide before we have won the ruck!
