Here the girls will do a position change (Spits&Pivot in the diagram), important that the players keep the ball under control and if it goes wrong get it under control FIRST before passing.
1: Ball to pivot then back.
2: Transfer the ball to the other side then play into the forward.
3: Make a faint by the goal and play the contact position, ball under control then played to the wide back.
4: The wide back will get the ball and as soon as they get it cut into the middle as quickly as possible and play a 2vKeeper, with the pivot who did a position change with the spits (3).
We do the exercise for 10 minutes one side then change sides.
