We want teams to realise that if they collect the ball and turn early. Don't allow/encourage teams to 'show mercy' and give time for the team coming on to set up. Quick taking of hits and fast defensive recovery are 2 of the coaching points. Game should be played at a high tempo. They can rest when we talk through short corners!!
